Bow Hill Blueberries Brand & Multi-SKU Packaging Architecture
Bow Hill Blueberries Brand & Multi-SKU Packaging Architecture
Founded in 1947 and recognized as Washington State’s oldest blueberry farm, Bow Hill Blueberries entered a new era under second-generation ownership, transitioning to certified organic and expanding into value-added CPG categories. Super Pony was engaged to lead a full brand and packaging transformation, building the foundation for specialty and fine grocery expansion.
Challenge
While the farm held deep regional credibility, its identity lacked the structure and refinement required for retail and wholesale growth. As Bow Hill expanded beyond fresh berries into jams, juices, marinades, and shelf-stable products, the brand needed a cohesive packaging architecture capable of scaling across categories while competing confidently in premium retail environments.
Approach
Super Pony developed a disciplined identity and retail-ready packaging system that balanced agricultural heritage with modern CPG sophistication. The architecture introduced clear hierarchy, refined typography, and a flexible color framework adaptable across fresh, frozen, and shelf-stable SKUs—ensuring strong shelf presence and cross-category consistency.
The system extended beyond packaging to include digital touchpoints, wholesale materials, seasonal gift programs, and social strategy—aligning every consumer and buyer-facing interaction under a unified brand standard built for growth.
Role
Led end-to-end brand strategy, visual identity, packaging design, photography direction, digital execution, and ecosystem rollout across all consumer-facing and wholesale touchpoints.
